Is the ME-262 yours or some museum or somebody else Cirx? I ask this because my english is not very good and I didn't understand your story about plane completely.

Hangman, it is in the war museum in Johannesburg, South Africa, very near to where Cirx stays, and he was helping them with some of the aspects of the restoration of the plane.... ;)

For the same reason that you see more of the nose, you can also see the refraction on the left side of the picture. The line of the roof and of the porch is not straight. It kinks/breaks/doglegs between the front panel and the left canopy.

Is there any way to model that into IL2? Or is it too simplistic to take into account light refraction?
