Well guys it was created over at All Aircraft Arcade by I think "Deutschmark" back in 2010. Although he had a new 3D model and a lot of aircraft that only he and a select few got to fly, he was dead set against anyone else using the original basic moddel.

Needless to say when I tried to introduce it for 1916 it created a lot of issues between the 2 sites, even though he was useing maps, textures, and the game engine for 1946.

A shame realy as the more we share, the more enjoy. But I am sure the moderators dont want to have that kind of trouble.

But heres 3 parting shots in a new skin.

The DBW-1916 project already exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy about the progress we made. One more plane doesnt matter. Besides that we got 3 new planes almost ready for the next patch and other few in the pipeline. Plus Friction was considering Spad XII and the Fokker D.VII so we may get to see them one day.

I cannot say what they are... its a  s-u-r-p-r-i-s-e

Anyway,
a new Fokker D.VII will arrive one day soon, no problem, I can wait a little longer. That version in the screenshots is
a little bit too small for the pilot to fit in anyway.
