  More than 9.5 is needed.

2.Please put a JCats_Tony folder under an MODS or #UP# or #DBW folder.

3.Please air.ini in JCats_Tony.txt is added to air.ini File.

4.Please plane_ru.properties in JCats_Tony.txt is added to plane_ru.properties File.

5.Please weapons_ru.properties in JCats_Tony.txt is added to weapons_ru.properties File.

6.The name of the skin folder is indicated on JCats_Tony.txt.

Please eliminate JCats_Tony folder.
