What mod is needed in UP3 RC4 - 4.10.1 to successfully load this skin?

I downloaded this skin and put into correct folder but my QMB-FMB aircraft skin menu can not see it  -
the skin name or graphic is not in the drop down menu  -

my game resolution option is set a 1600X1200 32bit and that is as high as it will go in the IL2 set menu -

Oh that - yes I was aware of carsmaster dll changes -  I'd rather wait until the high res map and skin dll files
are part of a UP RC patch from Ultra Pack  than be constantly backing up my IL2  installation  - 

I'll wait for Ultra Pack to compile it into a self extracting download, it is the logical next step for them to do so as
the ceiling has been hit , the high res skins on new aircraft template & high mes maps, objects, textures will open up the IL2 game
to another 3 years of growth strong growth and by that time this community will have the original source code for Cliffs of Dover
and that will be a new "Genesis" event for WW2 combat flight sim fans  - obtaining the complete original Cliffs of Dover source code
will be the this gaming community's equivalent of mapping the human genome.

It will be a long wait

Ultrapack is specifically designed for Online play
For that reason,HaDeS specifically decreases or reduced the size of a lot of textures in UP3 on purpose

In order to make the game more stable and easier to be played on a a variety of different computers
Low end,Mid grade computers rather than just for those with super gaming machines

I already asked him about the larger textures,and the Mod and it is NOT going into UP3
This Mod is a pure 100% eye candy Mod,it is not needed at all for online gaming

So,if wanted in UP3 it will have to be added by yourself
and like Carsmaster has said..... it is at your own risk!
so back up those files if changing anything

Somehow I had a feeling you were going to take a crack at painting that famous W.Nr.111712 just for kicks 
It looks great at 2048 resolution with all those nice little details. I like it very much.
