I gotta say the prettiest in my opinion is the F-14 Back in the early 80's High vis colors

There are far too many jets for me to decide...but these two are probably my favorites:

SAAB Draken


MiG-21MF


There are many variants of MiG-21, all of which are beautiful, but the MF is my personal favorite.
