Hi hguderian. Looks great. :) Try different "wood" textures, the texture that is "under" the trees and try ,2 or ,-2 in the entry. It may get rid of the tiled look of the trees. Really like the ground texturing. Cant wait to fly over this one.

Yes it look tiled but if I use -2 (which would give the best effect than 2)...then appear along all the coast those ugly squares.

I'll try with different textures in the wood section.

I've found that one of the very best examples of minimal tiling for trees came with the BTM Pacific Islands map. These are the entries used:

Wood0 = forest/summer/Jungle0.tga
Wood1 = forest/summer/sk_Wood1.tga
Wood2 = forest/summer/sk_Wood2.tga
Wood3 = Italy_DF/forest/summer/itawood4.tga
Wood4 = Italy_DF/forest/summer/itawood4.tga


I've been using these lines in other maps since and they are just what the doctor ordered.
