Try once again Kirk - I checked, both links are functional. There is a problem with mediafire these last days it hangs sometimes  - one of their dowload server (download 1009) is not functional  - just retry some time later.
You may try also this direct link to another mediafire server:

I tried both options without success.
I will continue urging the mediafire.

Hey Dreamk look at that  kirk1965 is right !! I've tried to re-download the link but the main one is not working, it open the download window but then is not active !! The second link, that of the patch is instead functioning. You should turn it back on.

They both work for me. Maybe your location is blocked IP-wise by Mediafire. If so, get (something like) Zenmate, which allows you to switch location, it is a free browser extension VPN.

Both links in the first post are working. Try to get to mediafire through a free proxy located in another country than yours such as https://whoer.net/webproxy.
