I support the request for the Admiral Kuznetsov, but a MiG-21 naval fighter? It is probably one of the worst designs for a carrier aircraft ever!! It was designed purely as a point defense, ground controlled interceptor. High speed and rapid rate of climb in exchange for minimal armament, short range and high reliance on ground control. Turning it into a multi-role fighter was an after-thought. It is a heavy, unstable aircraft with a flight envelope completely unsuitable for carrier operations. Even with RATO and catapults, you would still have the problem of trying to land it.

We'll have to drop this idea then...  :-\

Not really. The carrier is a great idea. Maybe it could be made and it may inspire some more Russian jets that were made for carriers

Hotel, don't get me wrong. The carrier is a great idea and think everyone supports it. But when it comes to fantasy aircraft, got to see whether or not it will actually work. E.g. L-39 naval version is possible as they were light multi-role aircraft, but a heavy, rocket of an interceptor just doesn't fit. Just like a B-17 naval version wouldn't work or Sabre float jet.

Yes, so I am going to edit out the MiG part of the request. After all we have the L-159F carrier ALCA.  ;)

A carrier based MiG-21 would mean a total overhaul of its design so it can operate from carriers with practicality, probably a brand new wing for lower speed takeoffs and landings (and perhaps sacrificing mach 2 capabilities), like in this proposed attack version of the MiG-21 (the MiG-21Sh -- nope, I'm not requesting this):

However a Kuznetsov carrier (or perhaps the Invincibles) can be a good proof-of-concept mod of a ski jump based carrier deck in the game.  :)

THis ship would be a bit of a waste of time without either the SU-33 or Mig-29K. If U stretch the frankensteining of this project enough to use non existent AC, then why not just add a ski jump to an existing CV and mod an existing plane? I'd love to have it, but it's kinda out of place; a modern era carrier with no modern Soviet/Russn AC.

Love to see it, but without a couple of appropriate AC (at least one Tactical fighter and probably a helicopter), it would be like an ice cream cone without the ice cream.

Now that's interesting. Kennedy, Enterprise, and Nimitz classes in 3d models. Cool. The Enterprise could accurately fly F-8s and A-4s, A-7s, F-4s, skyraiders. And Kennedy class to. (hoping that an assortement of A-4 skyhawks materialize someday).
