I have various installs and I would like to be able to copy and paste the in-game control settings from one version to another.Is this possible? Is this possible for me?

of course it's possible, but just not for you..... ........heheh, only kidding, of course, bud....
the file is controls_ru.properties, by default it's found in the files/i18n folder....
copy and paste is good....
oh, also check in your Users folder, there should be a folder with your pilot's name. inside, you should find settings.ini file. i can't remember right now, but you might also have to copy this over as well. (after you have created your new pilot, or perhaps you could even copy the whole (pilotname) folder into the Users folder. can't do any harm to try both.

Thanks,guys! This will save me a bunch of grief and aggravation. I hate to loose the services of John"Mad Dog"Doe as he's the only pilot I've ever had except for brief spell with Buffalo Gonzales.
