Hawker Monsoon V1.01

The Monsoon is a fictional "what if" aircraft, based on the idea of the RAF requiring an aircraft equivalent to the N1K Kyofu or A6M2-N "Rufe". The original concept stems from a model discussed here:

Download:

When I start on the water the main float is turned sideways.

Another outstanding model joins the IL-2 fleet, thank you very much Matt, she is a beaut. 8)

I also experienced the sideways float in the original download but that is now cured, thank you.

However, if you launch the aircraft as AI she looses the main float during takeoff. :'(

I can get here airborne though when I fly without loosing the float. :)

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Hmmm...............that one's a bit more mysterious. I'm open to suggestions - only things I can think of so far are the float toughness not being high enough, or the max landing gear speed is too low. I tripled the gear toughness when I had issues with it pitch-poling, so I don't think that's the issue. Any other thoughts?
