New static objects + retextures - Part 1

New static objects + retextures - Part 1

Place them into the MapMods\3do\Buildings\ ____new_folders______
then write and add the static.ini line entries ,
and enjoy your game with some more eye-candy.

What is inside this package?

- A simple retexturing of the supply depot boxes with a green-cover - just overwrite old skin-files if you wish

- New shed with shingle-roofing - just overwrite old skin-files if you wish

- simple retextured wood ladder for airplane maintenance
(normal ladder+ a burned ladder version) -just overwrite old skin-files

- 3 sets of city building debris (light colored with more red bricks/medium colored version/ a darker burned version) (You will need to add new entry lines to the static.ini file - these are new static objects to IL2-1946 game.
- + 1 winter version of Building debris covered with some snow (You will need to add new entry lines to the static.ini file - these are new to IL2-1946)

- A selection of "Hochbunker" air raid shelters for placing near or inside cities.
(You will need to add new entry lines to the static.ini file - these are new
objects for the IL2-1946 game)
These were German civilian bomb-shelters ... above-ground shelters.
They were called Hochbunker - Luftschutztürme - Luftschutzhäuser - Spitzbunker - Winkelturm

- A selection of retextured tents (summer/winter/desert/hospital-types) already inside the IL2-1946 game, and recently made available in the update patch by VPmedia for the DBW-1916.
Some friends have asked for these tents again in a separate pack. So here they are again. (just overwrite old skin files)
+ I have included an extra large tent-shed type into this package. You can either place fighter aircraft or vehicles under 
this big tent.
(You will need to add new entry lines to the static.ini file - these are new to IL2-1946)

I can still remember the stock game graphics which were very poor.
The stuff we got nowdays is absolutely stunning even from a graphic designers point of view.
So I think that I'm gonna play IL-2 until somebody manages to come up with something better.

Btw you've put together a lot of these cool little "dioramas" also for ww1, did you save them into mission files?
I'm thinking that with a little extra work the could be used in missions or QMB templates if you still have them.

Thanks, I am happy you enjoy them. Unfortunately I hardly keep any of the diorama scenes I create, because
they are only temporary.  I just use them to look around to see what needs to be fixed in these game objects or get
some new ideas for creating brand new objects.
But if you would like, I will start saving them for you. You can add them to any WW1 or WW2 maps.

Absolutely a work of art Max. Thank you for these. I am working on a small bombed out airfield for a map retexture so I can really use some of these. Thank you very much.:)
