Hi all,

P-51A was the most common opponent in Burma theatre for Japanese aircrafts, at least during January-April 1944. Following list of encounters, according to Japanese sources, shows it as a constant as Ki-44 adversary:

20 January 1944 - P-51s + Spitfires
March 1944 - P-51s
27 March 1944 - P-51s
17 April 1944 - P-51s + Spitfires

so I modeled its probability high in relatedf segments of my "Pacific War" campaign dedicated to 4.09+UP2.01. Unfortunately, its performance is badly exaggerated in included FM that I found here:

since I tested (in FMB on BBury map) a top speed of 672 km/h at 6000 m versus an historical one of 658 at 3000 m.

To make things worse, available Japanese fighters are all underperforming, being at least 20 km/h slower than historical (I know that Allies must win the war, but this kills playability!) 

I wonder if someone could help, pointing me at a more historical FM (4.09 compatible) or rectifying that included in above linked download.

A friend from another forum pointed me at this:

Aviator Mod Team - Early Mustangs V2

which includes updated FM (it uses latest SAS buttons, indeed). Tested, performance are now quite historical.
