North American P-51D " The Hun Hunter from Texas"

This is a Skin i not made alone !!!

Its from the periode i start doing skins , only changed excisting skins that time , not drawn on my own template
way before i started my Focke Wulf 190 Templates for my real own skins , now i know it better
But here the only thing is that i slamed the decals on it and changed the colors a bit and little shadering , 80% of the Work was done by Cromehunter

P-51D The Hunt Hunter from Texas in 2048x2048

I have what I am sure is a stupid question.  I downloaded this, unzipped it, then copied the .bmp file into my P-51D skins folder(s), and the aircraft doesn't show up with that skin.  Does the fact that it is "2048x2048" have anything to do with it?  Is it necessary to do something special to use this excellent skin?  Thanks very much for any help you can provide.
