I'm having a problem with the bombsite assist mod, I can get the TAS to show in the speed bar in either km/h, mph or knots (speedbar=4 is TAS in km/h, speedbar=5 is TAS in knots, and speedbar=6 is TAS in mph respectively.), but if I cycle the speed bar whatever unit of speed that I have set to show TAS just vanishes and will not be shown again unless I refly or restart the mission (in single player and multiplayer) and that particular TAS shows first followed by the unit of speed in indicated airspeed (i.e 0 km/h TAS then km/h is the next unit of speed to be shown in the speed bar.). So is there a way to make it so that TAS will be shown in km/h, knots and mph in the speed bar without it disappearing after one cycles the speed bar and that it shows in order like so (km/h, knots, mph, km/h TAS, knots TAS and mph TAS), like it was in the versions for 4.10 and 4.11?

I'm using 4.12.2 with ModAct 5.30, SAS Flyable AI Aircraft 5.30 and TFM 4.12.

You should use the VisualMOD. Now everything is configurable from the Game Menu. I cannot support old versions of the HUD MOD.

Would it be possible fot PAL MiniMap to have the relative map display the real map on the background, rotating accordingly?

There could be 2 versions:

- Relative without background map
- Relative with background map

What do you think?  :)


  It is posible, perhaps not too difficult to implement, but I don't see a very trascendental need of that, and I have worked with that class a long time ago. So for the while I will not try to implement something like that.

Hi Pablo,
I would like to come back to the issue of multiple object selection using rubber band box with Alt+Left Mouse button.
This feature is available in the std 410, 411 and 412. Did you use any older code as a basis for your design, or is it something you have to (or accidentally) cut out? FMB withoul it is pretty lame.


I'm having the same problem, if I disable 00_PAL_MissionProCombo-v4121 folder then I can select multiple objects again in the FMB. I'm using 4.12 with SAS Modact 5.3 and latest SAS Engine mod v2.7.
This is what I downloaded https://www.mediafire.com/download/1so315dl1e5bvs6/00_PAL-MissionProCombo-v4121.rar I'm loading it as the first mod inside #SAS and I've checked for classfile conflicts, there are none and the logfile shows no errors neither. Edit: also tried 4122 version but the error is still there.

  I don't build missions so I don't recognize these details. I had to confirm if the last version (the one I have running) had this problem and effectively it still happens. So I have to take a look to the subject.

  I never sent you the ordered contents of the root of DBW1916, right? Sorry for that too. Have you made any further developments with it?

Thanks for looking into the issue because I really like this mod and its an important part of my previous 4.10 and current 4.12 game installs.

I uploaded a small patch for DBW-1916 two days ago but otherwise there wasnt any recent activity which is understandable after 2 years and hundredsomething planes. :)

For the Mission pro Combo I would also like to mention a few issues, hopefully not reported yet:
Scrolling in and out on the mission builder is a problem as the distance/zoom constantly reverses from in and out zoom.

Plus the above mentioned issue with unability to copy and paste objects e.g., aka the old Mission Pro features.

Tom, are you meaning when in FMB, and you try to enter the 3d mode, then it just zooms off to infinity to the corner of the map somewhere?
i've experienced that as well, although it doesn't happen every time.
it's almost like if i go in once, everything works as it should, but when i go in the next time, it just zooms off to heaven...or hell, depends, lol
still, it would be nice if it can be resolved, as well as the copy/paste thing.

Eugene, I meant the scrolling in zoom when a map is openend.
As for your issue: Tip: Do not have the floating external view enabled when using the FMB and 3D, it seems to interfere.

Gives an LSD/Space cookie alike flash of vision. ;)

well, sometimes i need to adjust objects, and can only do it from the 3D view, so there's no real option.
currently, i am simply disabling the VisualMod when i need to go into FMB 3D, no big deal ;)

                    this is the last version I made of the MissionProCombo.

  I think it should address all the problems reported with MultiSelection, etc. Please let me know if it Works for everybody.
