Yesss!!
And the best way to describe a good bean is the flatulence!
The more flatulent you get, better the bean is...  :D

dont know if there is a special name for it. i call it chicken-curry (african style). my parents got this a long time ago from Ghana where they worked for a couple of years. As they arrived there, they were invited by their colleagues and friends and this food was served. the friends  made it extra superhot for every rookie/greenhorn, and then had their fun watching pained faces.. :D

it is fried and boiled chicken in a very hot curry-soup or sauce (as you like), served with rice and many side dishes  of fruits, vegetables, spices, eggs and nuts to choose from. it is simple and easy to cook. delicious and healthy (think so). it is my alltime favorite meal. As well i like the italian food and cuisine.

Im making a fire today and I am throwing a rock in the middle.  When the wood is nothing but hot hot embers then I put a steak in the middle of the rock and let it cook a bit.  Hummmmmm with a baked potato.
