German to English and Russian to English voices

These are not my creations. I believe I got these from the "Operation Barbarossa" add-on for IL-2 that was released a few years back. Put these files into the samples/speech folders in your root directory of IL-2.
The Germans will speak English with German accents and the Russians will speak English with Russian accents. Remember to back up the original folders in case you dont like these.
