Loudspeaker, chocks and airfield bits and pieces
« on: November 07, 2013, 09:07:23 AM »

These are my first mods I've put into the game (DBW).  I've started small for obvious reasons.  These are simply eye-candy and are intended to "clutter-up" an airfield with stuff you would expect.
Future versions will have shadows, these are small enough I think that the lack of shadows is not a showstopper.
While these were made with DBW in mind, I don't see any reason why they should not work in other versions provided you know how/where to place the files in your own modded version.

I'd appreciate any feedback/suggestions.  Pictures below, download link at the bottom of this post.  Instructions for install are in the readme file included with each DL.

AS WITH ANY MOD, BACKUP ANY KEY FILES INVOLVED (IN THIS CASE YOUR STATIC.INI FILE).

Chocks(with and without rope)

No smoking sign

Airfield lights (modern style)  NOTE:  The lights do NOT light up unless you take one of the Stationary Object lights and place it at the right height "inside" the object.  I'm working on an improved version with more transparent "lenses".

Tomoose, i'm sure you won't mind this, if you do , just holler and i can remove it, no problem ;)

Hello tomoose, happy to report that all objects appear for me with no issues, thank you very much, superb job. 8)

I have to agree with the rest though that a single download would be much more user friendly containing the named folder you suggest with all the individual object folders already in the 3do folder within that and with a single readme for all . ;)

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D
