Recon for moving objects

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it were possible to assign the Recon target to moving objects, like trains or flying airplanes. Just getting close to them within a certain range.

All I could do was make the Recon target represent flying over a static area. I couldn't even find a modifier for its height.

I think the only option at the moment would be multiple recon spots along a suspected route.  Is that possible?
