Also make sure that youre using OpenGL graphics mode and you got Hardwareshaders=1 in your conf.ini's [OpenGL] section.

Another thing to check is the presence of the required sfs files in your SFS_Auto folder. List and download links are in the TFM-412 release topic.

I'm not a jsgme or TFM-412 user but I doubt that the greyed out list items mean that ist working.
