Hey guys, I really want to install Jetwars but I'm not super confident with computers. I'm currently running the 12.2m patch aswell as Ultrapack 3.0, Plutonium effects and Jivers sound mod.
My other question is, because I ave UP 3.0 is jet wars going to give me anything else? I already have the jets Luke the F-86 and MIG's. The min feature I want to get from il2 is some Vietnam missions, does Jetwars have this feature?

Hi wwaakkaattaakk,
you may wanna give a more precise information on your modpack or install you use. The above sounds like a wild mix.
With the Jet Era you get the Korean war jets, F-86s to Mig-15s, and Mig-17s.
For anything else like the great Mig-21s, you need to install independently.
Since you say you run 4.12 I take it you installed the Engine Mod 2.7 for it, not 2.6, which is for 4.10 installs (like DBW 1.71-on 4.10).
Always keep in mind which patched version you are dealing with when installing new mods such like planes.
For the Mig-21s, you can have two versions, the 2nd Gen Mig-21PF/PFM/FL and the 3rd Gen MF/S/bis.
You need the 2nd Gen Migs to be able top install the 3rd Gen Mig-21s on top, here is how to, post reply 109 and 110:
