Hi

I have trouble installing mods.
I managed to install modact and can run a seemingly modded game (changed loading screen).  But whenever I'm trying to install a new aircraft in my game, I'm stuck at the 60% loading CTD. I downloaded the newest button file and read the troubleshooting posts here but no success.
Can anyone tell me if I forgot something or similar?

Planes I tested:
- Pe8 for 4.10
- B24J
- T-33

After download I place the mod at the correct #SAS folder, modify my air.ini as instructed to do and launch my game.

Some Info:
I'm on Win7, Gameversion is 4.101m

Hi and welcome dura-zell! 

wich modact have you installed? There is one for 4.10, for 4.11 and for 4.12.
Please give as much info as possible when requesting help.

I installed modact 3.06, wich is - as far as i understood - the correct one for my game.
I'm currently downloading the 4.12.2 superpack and the modact for this version and will try to start from scratch with this version. (I've backed up my "fresh" installation from dvd somewhere). Ah, and for the record: I installed il2 in e:\games\il21946

please tell my if I ommited any more information you could need to help me.

I started from scratch and used the 4.12.2m super patch. Now it works with the corresponding modact. No idea what the problem was before though.
