If this project is implemented, it should not he be in the WIP section?

No, because nobody is actually working on it.
Thats a BIG shame  :( hope someone will pick up eventually...  ;D

Ranw just has no time now - like workin' on the mods he actually does - F-16 for example. And then there is real life out there.

i loved seing the our (German) MiG 29s fly over our house in my younger years...
When Germany and US held trainings the MiG was superior in missile aiming than F-15 ;D

We've had that discussion already, see here: https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=40013.0
(I've cited an excessive comment about the MiG-29 vs. F-16 in this post: https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=40013.msg447595#msg447595)
The MiG-29 can't withstand a "no rules" engagement against any contemporary fighter like the F-15 or F-16, however under certain circumstances it is absolutely superior (read thread linked above for details).

The german MiG-29 have been sold to poland meanwhile. The U.S. weren't quite happy with that as they used to love the opportunity to dogfight against them when they visited the U.S. (which they did very frequently).

I just say what i saw (2 MIGs gaining what appeared to be kill shot on F-15 since both F-15s turned back)
;D but that was in a CQC situation tho'  ;D
Their helmet aiming was good at short range engagements ;D
I like discussions but this isn't the right place..  ;D

it is a wreck .. When comparing the F-15 and Mig-29 that is similar to the MiG-3 and Bf-109F  ;)

The aircraft's nice but that's about all ..

Mig-29 was a response to the F-16 and F-15 and designed to be superrior, the thing about Yugoslavia is that due to the embargo imposed by nato their Mig-29s were in a BAD condition and outnumbered. Russia couldn't give any more spare parts for Yugoslavian planes and neither overhaul or modernization..
