Just saw this thread, so here's the way I do it for my UP3RC4 and my DBW1.71

Open this download and ignore everything except what's in the "samples" folder.

Go into the samples/speech part of this download, and take the "CC" and "CN" folders, and stick them into the "Samples/Speech" folders of your UP3 and DBW game. Both game have "forgotten Countries lite" built in, so when you choose "China" or "China Red" are a country, you'll hear these voices......
(both of them are exactly the same)

You're not correct MR_G - for me it works without problems on DBW 1.71 with FC full enebled - even Manchuko and Taiwan use chinese voices as they should. Just don't install those files inside MODS folder.

Just wondering if one of these packs might be able to work in a stock (v4.11m) version of the game, and if so, replace which actor(s) set?

Can I use this voices for North Korea?? In the case that it is possible...how can I do it?
I tried making folders called kp and kr, but it didn't work. I am still listening Japanese voices.

It is not necessary to do a kp and kr folder.

Try this :

http://uploading.com/files/get/1dmc7444/Korea.zip

Unzip and put in your DBW folder.

It should work, if you have the 2 Chinese speechpack folder (CC and CN). I hope I did not forget something...

But, to my mind, Japanese sound much nearer to Korean than Chinese. Just a personnal opinion, of course...
