Arado 196 T-1 (for 4.12 and HSFX)

Hello, guys!
I have decided to put the 4.12 version of Arado in the separate thread,
because it has some more changes comparing to the original SAS~Sani's version
than just the compatibility with 4.10/4.12.

The list of features:
1. Improved (a little) loadout, now a little more realistic.
2. New cockpit, by Tyrl.
Thanks CWatson for telling about this great idea! :)
3. This also was made for plane to become compatible with HSFX
4. Some 3D improvements of damage model also by the CWatson
5. Separate flight model (not edited).

All the credits and installation notes are inside of the package ;)

Works like a dream...Many thanks for this great aircraft, also thanks for lifting the heart of a fellow HSFX user, so many wonderful works about, most wont work in HSFX, again many thanks!
