Update!
Using Static.ini from HSFX7.03 I managed to reduce the missing objects to just 32.
Map still loads, No CTD but unable to save due missing objects.
Anyone ring that His/Her bell? ]idea[

I went even far and replaced the static.ini from the map into my #SAS/STD folder
Now, no missing objects by checker.
Launched the game:
-IL2 loads without any CTD.
-Map loads at FMB.
-Unable to launch &/or save  any mission created by me or downloaded at that map.

Solved! (partially) o_O
I can now  use the map and my #SAS moded activated game 4.12.2+ 5.3.
Instead instaling it @#SAS/MAPMODS traditoinal way to add maps, that's editing All.ini copying the map folder & textures ... droping contents of La Chute(Summer)V3_1 folder except STD that can replace mine and overlap my plane & vehicle configuration. In fact I have less maps because it replaces my MAPMODS/ all.ini
For a strange reasson I'm not capable to install it there.  ]dontknow[

Solved 100%  :D
Just instaled those two object packs from old posts
 PS. To be honest I don't know which one solved the issue (did some overwritting) but worked for me.
For some mistery reason Static checker didn't warn me of them being missing...
 Now my map is in my #SAS MAPMODS folder and started from All.ini with all my added maps & aircrafts
