This mod fixes an issue where you cannot takeoff fast and heavy planes from aircraft carriers equipped with catapults.
Using this mod, aircraft's cruise speed and total weight are taken into account differently from stock UP3 way to do it.

Installation: Extract to your UP3 RC4 game folder, run jsgme.exe and activate this mod ("#UP#_Catapult_Mod_Enhanced_for_UP3").
