Hi guys !

For the enthusiasts of reliefs on textures, this is for you :

BumpH files for all the textures of WF maps Add-On.  ;)

Download link : https://www.mediafire.com/file/bcbimns9g3cgtsv/BumpH_Files_WF-Maps_T-Bauchot_Add-On.7z

And by the way, a little explanations of the WF-maps seasons !

"Spring" maps:
In spring, the new greens colors of the landscape and the trees are very soft, (with a lot of yellow),
often under sunny days...

"Summer" maps:
In summer, the greens are more "cold".

"Autumn" maps:
In autumn, after the summer haying, the grass regain tones of a very soft green,
(like in spring time) while trees take very soft brown and yellow tints.
The weather is often sunny with a very warm light.
These maps are usable until about mid november...

"Winter snowless" maps:
A very good alternative to autumn maps after about mid november.
the ground, due to the fallen leafs is more brown.
And by the way it's a very good generic winter map !
(because in winter the snowy days are very rare.)

"Winter" maps:
There is very few snow.
And the clear zones could almost represent the frost (the white frosts) on the grass .

"Winter hard" maps:
The landscape is very snowy.
This is actually quite rare in these country, (some rare days a year)
but maybe in the area of Ardenne and the east.

Some pictures in order to illustrate "BumpH" files and the rendering of the different seasons :

Spring.

Summer..

Autumn.

Winter-snowless.

Winter.

Winter-Hard.

Been trying all afternoon to get all the maps to work. The first seven in the list work fine but from the 'Spring' map right through the next maps it's no go. They load after about a three minute wait and after an aircraft is placed and the map saved, when I press ' Play' nothing happens. I thought at first 'objects' but I ran the Static ini checker and it tells me I have no objects missing. I am running BAT and downloaded all files including the bumph files. I get two errors showing.........INTERNAL ERROR Str2FloatClamp() etc but I don't know how to fix that.

Hi Benson,

Please have a look to that topic : https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=18518.0.
I have for myself about 10 of these messages in my "log.lst" and it's not the reason why the game don't work... ;)
Note also that strangely, it is possible to have missing objects whitout any report in the static.ini checker !!!
Do you select player when you place a plane on the map ?

Thank you for your reply Thierry. I had an idea those error messages meant nothing from something I read years ago. I'm going to start a new log.lst and see if anything shows up in there. Yes I do select player when I place a plane. The reason I didn't think there were missing objects was because as I said the first seven maps, WF Summer Blitz to WF 44 Winter load and work fine and then the static ini check seemed to confirm it. If I see anything in the log I'll get back to you if you don't mind.
