There is a mod here, that says IL-2 1916 WWI Pack for HSFX 7.01. http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads3&file=details&id=1841

I tried to enable it and use together with hsfx, but didn't work so i disabled, and deleted it, but my game still crashes at 60%. I tried a system restore, but didn't help. Also there are no files of that mod pack, nor the ini, and properties files didn't change

Version 4.12.2 HSFXv7.0.3 with buttons 10.5

Just a quick shot....maybe it is the wrapper.dll file from the ww1 download that is causing your problems...
