hey everyone hopefully somebody can help me figure out whats going on with my computer.... if i try running an installer or try and open up two programs at once windows hangs up and can take up to 30 minutes to unfreeze... ctrl alt delete does not work, but here is where it gets strange... if i boot up il2, or any other game, everything works fine in the games, I've played il2 for an hour then went into windows explorer and it again hangs up as I'm trying to navigate folders.... anyone have any suggestions? I've run antivirus and nothing was found and I've tried swapping out ram sticks to see if that helps, and it doesn't... so i figured id ask here before doing a reinstall of windows

navigating folders and it hangs up - first thought goes to the HDD.

i feel like an idiot not checking that sooner... il put in my old hard drive and see if it has the same problems
