EDIT:

do not use the bombardier view with the Ki-48 dive bomber (freezes, but you can select another view to continue)

If anyone faced "no cockpit" bug with the latest version - do NOT remove the old version, just overwrite with the new one. That works ;)  Running DBW+4.10.1
