Hi All

After 5 reloads and tooo much coffee I have finally got CUP working and [touch wood] running stable.

Now that my Logfile is down to 350kb (70 pages) compared to 95Mb at the beginning, there are still some bits that I can't work out myself. These are not causing crashes, but it can't be helping the performance. Can anyone advise me on these issues?

1.  Str2FloatClamp - is this a problem I can address by a change in the conf.ini file , or elsewhere - or is it not a problem I should worry about?

And then a further 30 ships have a similar section but headed:
       Bigship: Not enough strength data  in 'IJNNagatoBB42:Part0'  Can't register Bigship object

3  Is it correct for (as far as I can tell) every plane in the series to be called multiple times? Most seem to be called about 4 times, but some - like the Storch is getting called 12 times! I can't see anything obvious in the usual files (air.ini, plane). It doesn't appear to be a problem, but I am looking for anything to improve performance....

Finally a Big Thanks to Monty and all of the team that have brought this to life.

Apologies - This is within WaW Pack (I want to get this straight before looking at anything else!), I have mainly been testing with the Single, RAF, P51D mission (against the V1's) as it is about as "Stock" as they come.
Running- Win7 on Intel Core 2 Due E8400 3Ghz, 4Gb Ram, Nvidia GeForce 210 1Gb [Driver version 341.44]
My install has the latest WaW Pack 7.

Dear Griffon,
I've made a new first then a second attempt. So I started from a vanilla game,checked, plus megapatch to 4.1.22, checked, plus modact 5.3, checked, changed my conf.ini, checked, then started to download the SAS-MME modules one after the other and checked after each module. It went ok till the SAS-MME06 I got the question"do you allow to replace..." I said yes. But when  I launched the game for checking, my screen was the old one with the two guys staring at the sky and no mention of modact 5.3 anymore, it was frozen at 95%. The size of SAS-MME06 is good.
I will download a fresh copy of this last module and make a new trial. But I am at a loss.

  No, jerryb, I haven't got the missile issue worked out.  I am waiting and hoping the Devs. or a forum member can find a solution to this problem.  It only seems to affect the AIM. first generation missiles (AIM.B) on the F-86's, the Ca-27's and the F9f's.  If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.......... :(

Just to let you know,I downloaded- Luftwaffe Pilot:Africa- campaign by Flatspinman
from Mission4Today. installed it as is and so far it s working just fine.
The flyby sounds on the first mission are so good its a worth play just for the sound

That is weird because that should not happen...i have o admit i did not stop after the map modules but added all tjree sections of CUP in a row and only tried the whole thing after doing so...try adding at least one module to the maps and fire that one up via the selector...

Many Thank's to the entire CUP team for this amazing Mega mod! When I first bought the original il2 ,back in 2001. I could never imagined it would evolve into something as wonderful as this!

I would be you I would just add that campaign to your CUP install, following all the instructions:
