pls give me the link to the MME part 13 you mention which gives the 4 parts to download and install again in MME.i have been through this 13 page thread again and its loaded with updates its impossible to follow or understand.i see there is even an update for new britain.Does the link you will give me cover all past updates ?

The links above that are to the original mod threads where you can read more about each one.
You do not need to download anything from the original threads.

The download links are clearly labelled.

Don't worry about the update for the moment. The next Part of Module 1 will have it included anyway.

The white horizon is due to your graphics settings. Looks like you are not in "Perfect Mode"
Most mod maps should only be run in Perfect Mode.
Your sea details appear pretty bland too. Similar problem.
Not a CUP issue, just a general game optimisation issue.

Make a backup of conf.ini before editing it.  Spend some time experimenting to get things looking sweet.
The best settings will depend on your system.

here are images after adjustments.my rig is 4 years old pentium 2.4 gig nvidia 440gtx 1 gig ram 4 gig free ram.in nvidai control panel i adjusted anti aliasing to 2 anisotropic to system control.in control panel video options i tried low distance visibility and only high and normal options but it looks worse now as you can see .

The ingame control panel is unfortunately not good for adjusting your conf.ini settings.
It is much better to use a text editor and adjust it manually.

Can you post the contents of your conf.ini file.
Use the "insert code" function in the reply window when you paste in the conf.ini text.

Your graphics card is a bit on the low spec side these days but you should still be able to get Perfect Mode with it and make your screen look 100x better.

I presume that your game folder is installed in c:\Games - or similar.
Not in c:\Program Files
