This may be a dumb question, but I have all your V2 adders added and working well.
What is the difference between V2 and V3 adders?????

I also have room on my HD & external HD for CUP with the sfs files. I've also have 4.13m and 4.13m 6.0, along with DBW1.71 & the UP3 unlocked game I use for editing maps........and some more.

Mr_G,

The V2 adders are for WAW upgraded to WAW_PART-08.

The V3 adders are for WAW upgraded to WAW_PART-11, also there is some additional content in V3 such as the Aichi E13A1 'Jake', Seafang F Mk32, A6M5b from HSFX7, Seversky 2PA, and G3M2-22.

I've not tested the V2 adders with WAW_PART-11.  IF you are using V2 adders on a WAW_PART-11 and they are working you very probably are not getting all the benefits of the upgrade from part-08 to Part-11.

Hopefully the above clarified the differences ... tooslow

I just updated the thread with my third adder for #WAW PART-11.

Please let me know if you have difficulties with the new adder.

I'm not working on any additional adders.   The three V3 adders include everything that was in my original five adders and even added some additional content.  Which includes the Aichi E13A1 'Jake', Seafang F Mk32, A6M5b from HSFX7, Seversky 2PA, and G3M2-22.   Hope you enjoy the adders.

... tooslow

Plus a special note!!

Seeing the volume of content included in these additions really makes me appreciate all the hard work done by the modding community.   We all owe them all a lot of gratitude for their efforts. They have made this the best simulator on the internet what it is today!

THANK YOU!!

in addition to the thanks for the modders who made this sim into the premier product we still use today, you deserve credit alongside people like Monty and his crew, between Monty's TFM, TFM412, TF ehem CUP  ;) we were able to see all these modders works shoehorned into workable packs, since CUP was released there has been this massive rush to try everything possible in combination with CUP.

You did more than just make a mod work with CUP, you made multiple mods work in harmony with each other and CUP.

In my eyes you are as important to the process of building on the success of IL-2 as all of the modders . I can add a plane or 2, but not the copious amounts you have seemed to get to work all at once.

Hi Mate - are you gonna include the B24 from 4.13 here https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,46782.0.html in a latter adder? It works fine on my CUP install

Mick & All,

I was working on another small update that would've included the B-24 from 4.13, but it's hard to keep up with Monty's updates ... He just released C.U.P. Module-03 World at War PART-12!  Monty and his whole team have been doing an incredible job ... Go Monty!!

Warning!!   Please note that my current adders both "V2 & V3" are NOT compatible with C.U.P. Module-03 World at War PART-12 released 7/4/2015.

I'm currently downloading the update.  I'll be working on the revised adders soon.  However, I leave on another trip in a few days and will return some time in late July.  Hopefully I can finish some revised adders before I leave.

... tooslow

P.S. Since I retired in 2006 my wife and I done a lot of traveling and want to keep doing it as long as we are healthy enough to do it.  So I try to work on "IL2 stuff" when I can ... along with Grand Kids, Friends, and the many other things I never seem to have enough time for either!

no worries, no rush, we can all be patient while you do your magic, as well as travelling etc. Hope my retirement when it arrives will be half as good as yours appears to be  8)

No worry

As far as I have seen, we need to delete the G3M and the Fairey Firefly from your adders ?

Shall we do more ?

Thanks for all your efforts, plugging the gaps until officially added to cup - much appreciated  8) Enjoy your time away with the family - Simon & crew will probably add more updates, while you are away, anyway  ;D
