The root of this issue is probably inside ModAct 5.30.

I did build a dogfight mission on my ModAct 5.30 install ( no TFM 412 and no CUP ) : a base with MiG-17 avalaible .
When I select AA missiles in the  loadout , the game is freezing when I click on ' fly ' button .
When I select no loadout , the game works .

There is probably some conflict between missiles code and bases code.

In CUP , there is definitely something wrong between the F-18 and the FMB .
( only MissionProCombo activated in JSGME )

For example , I create a coop mission with 4 x F-18 on the runway .
Then I exit the FMB and go to " multiplayer " , and launch the mission there .
I see EIGHT F-18s in the plane list !
I select one of them , and when I click the  ' fly ' button , I get the error message : ' selected aircraft NOT created '.

So the F-18 cannot be used in multiplayer missions made  for several players ! I am disappointed , because offline missions are not interesting for me.

The Harrier has the same behaviour .
