fw-200 gear bay door fix
« on: June 16, 2015, 02:25:06 PM »

the forward gear bay doors on the left main wheel open correctly, but just as the wheel enters the bay, they snap upwards into the bay. can someone do a quick fix for this?

This happens in your game?
I dont think it happens in mine.
I must check again on my FW-200 airplane.

The FW-200 would be great as a civilian version.

Yes, it happens in my game. I was wondering if it happened to anyone else because nobody had noticed it, but there was also the messerscmitt hanger that uufflakke noticed not long ago. I figured maybe this was the same thing.

Possibility.....

some other MODs like gears 3D updating or expanding aircraft family make a conflict only in your game,
or only some MODs + some main game version and/or some MOD pack make a conflict.

I noticed it before I even started modding. I got the game on disk vanilla 4.07 and it has always been there.

Yes, Western makes a good advice. Sometimes old mods interfere with new mods and the
airplane does not look correct. Something like this happened to my game in the B-29 bombers
front wheel many years ago, before I deleted the old mod and installed the new version.
Now everything is good again.

If you never modded your game ,then you must upgrade it and start modding it today.
The new FW-200 looks BEAUTIFUL with all the new changes they have made to it.
New engines, new wheels, new cockpit, many new goodies in it.

I have modded it though, 4.12.2 CUP, and a 4.13 vanilla. It's something that I noticed and never got fixed. It really isn't a big deal to me because, while it is a good looking plane, I just never used it for anything, but figured someone who did use it would appreciate it.
