Fuel dump key not working

Hi !
I use HSFX 7.03
I did set a key command for Fuel dump ( F9F ) , but when I toggle it in game , I get in fact 50 % power .
Where to find the real fuel dump command in the controls board , please ?

In your conf.ini do you have this:
[Mods]
DumpFuel=1
