I've loaded the new module, and would love to give it a try, but the module does not show up on the Game Selector Switch. I know it's something simple that I've missed. How do I get it to show up so I can access the module?

you simply copy the il2fb file that comes with the modules into the root of IL2; that file configures the selector;
after that you should be good to go...

to be more specific: in the file "C.U.P.- Module 05 - Golden Age Pt04.rar" available here
under "The Golden Age Part-04" dl link you will find the file il2fb.ini which updates
the selectors menu to get "The Golden Age 1926-1936".

Have you unzipped this correctly?
