Req: LCDR Scott Speicher's F/A-18C (BuNo. 163484) VFA-81.

I've noticed a distinct lack of USN skins for the F/A-18 (most of them are USMC skins). So I'd like to request the F/A-18C (BuNo. 163484) flown by US Navy Lt-Cmdr Scott Speicher. As a serviceman (if only part-time) myself, the Scott Speicher story has always struck a nerve with me.

On January 17, 1991, the first day of Operation Desert Storm, USN aviator Lt-Cmdr Scott Speicher was shot down 100mi west of Baghdad by an AA-6 'Acrid' fired by a Iraqi MiG-25 Foxbat. Speicher was the first American casualty of Desert Storm. Listed as MIA, Speicher's remains were not found until nearly 18 years later on August 2009 by Bedouin mountain men who tipped off US Marines to the location of his body.

I apologize for the crappy photo angles...I'm having a hard time finding decent angles of Speicher's specific aircraft. :(
