It's not a request and it is about a template so I thought I should post that here.

I was wondering if there's a Mig-21 template available somewhere?

I only could find "blank" skins so far but not many. I wasn't successful with a search for an actual template for a Mig-21.

I remember someone asked the author kindly for a public Template,
but this question was left unanswered. Further Posts exists on behalf asking
for a Template. Even those granted the Template refused to leave a comment.
Browsing the MiG-21 Skins and Mod Threads you can pin down the privilegued
Author and Skinners that got honoured with it. Although I can't understand
what's the deal about sharing it with others...

Now that's just selfish and elitist...

I guess it was. I got quite the hate for it back then. A shame people still remember and quote it.
On a side note the artificial difficulty challenge didn't last long.
8/12 aircaft "survived" before the challenge itself was dropped.

If you can paint over a template, you shall have no problem painting over this.
About a MiG-21 template - never had one, never saw anyone else's either.

Thanks GGM for that Blank Skin.
At least you had the balls to publish it and your
action showed of to be of immense Help.
It is the base for a Template I started.
It is still WIP, meant to work for non-Metal versions.
If I have a working version I'll publish here, don't worry.
But still I want to try my hands on it, can't guarantee
perfection, but at least sth.
