Is exactly like the IL-4 glitch it is a problem with the call for Gloss1D0o than in certain setup is not working correctly so it end up using the substitute 1KB skin1o that is in the plane folder instead of the regular default skin. In the IL-4 case it was also inked with viewSet=36 changing to 56 would sort out the issue. I think that earlier in this thread there are exchanges on this very subject. If Mike reads this he can provide the correct explanation. I don't remember now all the technical details.

I quickly checked and is exactly the same glitch as soon as I used viewSet=36 the green spot appeared then disappeared with 56. The problem is with these lines of code in the gunner cockpit class that are normally correct

protected void reflectPlaneMats()
    {
        HierMesh hiermesh = aircraft().hierMesh();
        Mat mat = hiermesh.material(hiermesh.materialFind("Gloss1D0o"));
        mesh.materialReplace("Gloss1D0o", mat);
    }

but with certain view sets they don't work properly

I noticed that the " Rearm " feature is not well recorded in the .ntrk file .

When a plane , for example  a fighter-bomber , reflies after rearming , its MGs are shooting and can  destroy other planes , but the track does not show the muzzle flashes nor the tracers of the bullets  , nor the sound of the MGs .
And regarding  its bomb , the track does not show the bomb leaving the plane . Though the ground target is destroyed , but the track shows the bomb still attached to the plane .

C-46 as a (paratrooper's) widow maker. o_O

Maybe this relates to the model itself, but I can use only Ultrapack now, so I'm posting it here.

When C-46 drops paratroopers, not all parachutes open above approximately 600 m above ground level.
No parachute opens below approximately 600 m above ground level. Poor silicone souls...
600 m is an approximate threshold observed on one of the Crimea maps.
