Jeep. Changes and additions.

I make a small addition to the existing mode (thanks to SAS~Gerax):

1. Added new wheels from PA Jeronimo.
2. Added marking lights.
3. Change the position of the exhaust when the engine is started.
4. Due with the change of wheel changes in the front axle.
Perhaps the parking lights or other changes have already been created by someone, but in any case it is my variant.
Known bugs:
In the basic mod set in my game - the front wheels turn left and right, but do not rotate, after changing they now rotate, but do not turn left or right.
