New update 1.31 from Mission_ bug!

Many thanks to Peter for this hard work! 8)

"Back to the Future"!!! ;D

We were able to change the Java and 3D and set the turrets, "Boulton Paul" with the version MK2! Works correctly (or nearly correct). :-|

Now Halifax MK2 requires in a game Halifax MK3.

Also made some fixes and additions in 3D.

It is fix to the rear turret MK2 and MK3 Halifax in 412/413 (hopefully master Ranwers does not mind) :-|.

https://www.mediafire.com/download/5pqfq73b2pccnzu/BoultonPaulQuadTurret_Fix1.7z

To install it, you must unzip the file, find and replace the original cockpit "Boulton Paul Turret" in Halifax MKIII.
Then the new version will be have same fix.
After you install this Fix when switching to back turret you will not see the "dark wall" on autopilot,

and under the feet of your gunner appears floor.

Well, hopefully, a useful addition to the Coastal Command will be a version of Halifax GR2.

In versions of MK2 and GR2 working bombsight from MK3.

We tried to do everything to the technical characteristics of the engines "Merlin" for MKII version was different from the characteristics of the MKIII with "Hercules".

Link to version 1.31:

https://www.mediafire.com/download/xsbe0dh7bsqwc88/Halifax_MKI_MKII_and_GRII_v.1.31_12_2015.7z

Install: Delete previouse version, unzip and put in your MODS folder.

Added in 1st post.

Please forgive me for some non-conformity in skins (Unfortunately, I am not the master) and of the remaining bugs, such as the nose does not work correctly turrets for MKII and MKIII and the location of the periscope sight for MKI.

Enjoy. 8)

Yes, :) it came relatively quickly. I deliberately did not remove the previous version, as in version 1.3. modification MKI - Series 3 and MKII- Series 1, and  in 1.31 three modifications described above.

It is important, I think, to be able to choice. ;)

Edit: Unfortunately, the installation of torpedoes and mines on the GR 2 problems yet.
Hopefully, in the next update.

Best wishes

Hi Bison.
Thank you for this and other aircraft, great job.  ;D
I have a question in a matter of Halifax.
I plan to do some skins, and whether in your mods are normal folders to w?ucenia to PaintSchem or need to do in the files to the mod.
Regards
Seb

P.S. I hope that quite clearly presented the case what I mean.

People, in fact the MkIII and these ones which inherit a lot from it all are having a very unrealistic 3D, which is only approximated.

The shape of the nose, that just out from the cockpit starts to descend it is quite different from that one of the Liberator (which in fact seems it was used for our models). The Merlin engines are veeery different of those ones in the Avro Lancaster. The Landing Gear has quite massive pieces instead of simple rows...

On the other hand, the Bristol Hercules engined MkIII was quite common too. The wings never had a lineal rect front, all the contrary. Our models are quite inexact:

A good real 3D revision is much needed from my point of view.

It would be great someone could take it. Once we have spoken with PA~Jeronimo about it but finally he didn't have time to take this work.

Regards,

Merry Christmas Benitomuso! :)
It's nice to have here your opinion about 3D Frankenplanes Halifax.
I had some thoughts about continue working with 3D Halifax, I was playing with the shape and position of the engines:

old

new

There were other ideas, but now I think it makes sense to stop this activity and wait for the series of real Halifax.

With best wishes 8)
