CUP - World at War - WaW



With an inspired name, RDDR came up with it after his favourite documentary series, World at War, CUP Module Three, is firmly based on Il2's home ground, namely The Second World War.

We have taken the start point as just prior to WWII with the theme extended to the end of the 1940's and the dawn of the Jet Age.  With Tiger33's Flyby sounds a strong feature of this set; a recent development, from WAW Part-15, allows us to further customise the sounds in a separate folder. 

All CUP modules will feature a standardised SASEngineMOD 2.7 + Western's Patch, with the sound tune-up folder entirely separate.

Its 412 of course and the range of mods and themes here, from the Eastern Front, the European Theatre to the Pacific War, makes CUP World at War a true 'tour de force' of Il2 modding.  The most comprehensive set of its kind across the entire Il2 mod community.  Not forgetting that all this content plugs into the common CUP map resource, enabling you to fly the greatest amount of machines over the largest number of locations.
