I searched for this and only two came up. The most pertinent one was not answered that I could see. Sorry if my search skills missed it.

What does it mean when a Mod in the Activated side of the JSGME are grayed out? I have quite a few and wonder why.

It indicates something like a later JSGME mod has made changes to it. If Mod A is greyed out and Mod B is in black, then Mod B needs to be removed before removing Mod A.
