HSFX Loadup and ModAct

So I have HSFX installed but it doesnt shown it I have it in installed in my ModAct
I am guessing this is why the game doesnt load and I cant get to the loading screen.
i also have HSFX history mod enable in the JSGME.
Anybody have a fix for this?
