I do not know if that 109 prop texture has always been that way, but maybe it is due to a 3D change since Bf 109 propellers had low-quality modeling and looked quite pointy for a while (from the stock game). So maybe it is that. What versions of the game are you using for the shots? Any mods?

I m using Cup but i just make a little touch up on the screen shot to show what i mean , i know the 3d was reworked cause most of the skin have a little problem on the landing gear inside cover now like the 3d mapping have been apply little bit to low.   Showing a pic of that when i get home tommorow

Here a shot of how it is in DBW...Black painted  not soft tan ,  Any way the dammage model propeler file can be corrected so it won t look like it was strait out of 3Dmax  :( thanks

That is interesting, Von Waffen... I frankly do not know what other thing could cause your problem. What game version was used to produce the "correct" screenshot?

the soft 3dmax tan color hapen in Cup ,  the black one in DBW and all older version of the game

VonWaffen, I ask about this; How did you get this prop texture then? Because if it is photoshop, then there is not much I can say since no Il-2 aircraft has (to my knowledge) a prop that changes texture upon ground impact.

No this one is what i did in photoshop to show you .
 the probleme is the dammage model propeler in CUP turn from black to tan in the game in the dammage model, not black like it was before. Anyway the dammage model propeler can be repaint? or at lease return black like it was before or when it was undammage ?

If the prop can t chance texture when we hit the ground
How can a  dammage propeler turn from black to tan?
Can we add dammage texture on propeler like we see on other part of the plane ?
Dammage texture propeler is not include in this file (skin1o.tgb) ?

The bf 109's have their undamaged prop texture on the default skin, it a small 6x6 pixel area in the lower right corner. (x,y: top right corner is at 16, 818 - lower right corner is at 22, 824... use the selection tool and info palette in photoshop to determine coordinates). Adding a new cockpit layer to the default skin could have resulted in a beige prop. I can upload a full set of stock 109 skins if you need it.

I dont know where the damaged stuff comes from but you can use a tool called Eliminator, its at mission4today.com. It uses a series of bmp files with simple colors which help to narrow down any part to a really small area. ( http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=322 )

 I was not knowing the damage propeler texture was on the skin . I will try to find out were it is exacly and fix that...
As I fly my own skin most of the time it s probably my own mistake.   :-[Sorry

It seem prop texture is not a Cup related problem so it up to you to move this tread in a appropriate section  Tank you ;)

Matter is to ask Jeronimo for help with 3D work.
Need new model of prop blades or the same but with new texture mapping > after we got permanent (big) blade texture same for bended prop.

For Plane it's constant  and biggest stupid idea was to put textures of Propeller blades and undercarriage leg hydrocylinders to skinneable part.
That idea was partly realized on some new planes  - example Do-17 (by Ranvers) Tech texture permanent in plane folder.
But Bf-109 model policy since first day of game and need some  renovations.

I find the trick  it s seem the damage prop texture is some were else in the skin  don t have much place to work on it  only 4 pixel
 but  still look good with sand blasted Tips  ;) 

 with all the plane I just belly landing  I could call that a field mod  :P
