Yes, there are 2  (maybe more) models of Muslim temple with minarets +balcony.

Search for Ufflakkes last re-paints for the Middle East Objects pack.
They are in that package. Much better than the old versions and with shadows.

I repainted a default column into a mosque with balcony.
Is already included in every modpack as far as I know. I can send you the download link to my Desert object pack if needed.
