Hallo mates !
Anybody knows how to find and drop RAF Squadrons List into Squadron/QMB ?
In those list I can´t find all Squadrons of RAF...

Simply you can't... Not so easily.

First, you need a moddable game version, e.g.: DBW or ModAct. Second you should edit required files, where stored in the choosen modded environment, to add at least squadron description (long and short) and identification coding (file without extension).
