New installation of CUP

Hi guys, due to several troubles on my current CUP installation (mainly in JTW), I decided to try to reinstall, from the Il2/Forgotten Battles/Pacific Fighters/1946 By Ubisoft, a new fresh CUP suite.

I will follow the instructions by https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,47647.0.html.

Could you confirm I need only SAS Modact 5.3x, and not the other parts, please?

What you see is what you need.  I do recommend before extracting each modules expansion file (I.E. going from WAW part 11 to WAW part 12, go to its announcement page and review the instructions.

Hi guys, I tried to re-install a new fresh CUP. I have tried to follow closely the instructions: first I installed all 17 parts of MME, then I installed all 24 parts of WAW, I followed the instructions and threads, but when I tried to play with QMB very few maps were present. In FMB also I had several problems with maps....
In QMB I had this message (e.g.): "Mission loading failed: Landscape 'Crimea/Load.ini' loading error".

are you sure the HD mod works as it should and if the conf.ini is set properly for high landscape details etc.....

Hi Phil, I don't know if HD mod works as it should....there is a way to test it? I have only two maps working on QMB, those that I was able to see work: Satalingrad_W by Cyberholas and another I forgot the name now...

I have read again the manual, but nowhere is written as set conf.ini for high landscape details.

I also set the conf.ini as per manual pag. 9 but no information about high landscape details.

Removing Carsmaster's water=4 mod was the old fix for this problem. Has this mod been fully integrated into one of the Map SFS files I wonder?

Maybe try water=2 in conf.ini while I do some digging.

Well, I tried to do as Moezilla suggested and the game runs well now, but I don't like the water, so I set the conf.ini file as my previous one, with water=4 and I activated Carsmaster's water=4 and the game runs well also. Maybe was a conflict between conf.ini setting and Carsmastr's water=4.....I think...

I tested several planes and maps in QMB and FMB and there were no problems, so I think WAW is in the correct way to works.

If you have only a few maps present in quick combat, did you fail to activate QMBPro in the JSGME?

no, now I have all maps activated and working, in QMB and FMB, and I have all #cup mods enabled. Now WAW works fine (and I hope it continues to do so)...

I also re-installed a fresh JTW, but I have problems with Beechcraft Baron BE58, as in the past, in my first CUP installation (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,49302.36.html). Loading aircraft even crash at 30% with problems to restart the system.
Only CUP mods enabled in jsgme, none jtw mods enabled via jsgme.
