Hi ! For what I know, a 'restore point' means basically the last up-to-date #WAW folder, so you need only the last one...and all the SFS files.
is the total number off maps 57 ?
is the total number of WAW files 69 ?
For me, I got 70 files in my SFS_WAW folder (including WAW70.SFS from Part 19) and 73 in my SFS_MAPS (including the 16 VCL.SFS files which must be needed too).

good evening gatrasz

found number 70  WAW in folder 19 . i have 16 VCL's in the root folder.so 57 maps + 16 VCL's =73 files.
I did a total of 6 restores meaning blocking previous WAW folders 6 times and deleting them all . i have kept the  jsgme empty through out and no testing in between after i completed the maps installation.this is a first time installation .thanks  for information .
I just tried again but i still crash at 70%.i did the log update and removed the sound file as per manual before installation.
does correcting and dowing again the restores cause a ctd ?
any hints would be appreciated.

hello
i have CUP runing now and i have 2 questions:
1)on the splash screen i dont see World at war written anywhere at the bottom and ultrapack is still there.
2)the 4 New England maps by Maddox are missing below Midway.
what must i do to add them to the game and correct the splash screen.
the log in config has been modified as per manual.sound file removed.

Here are the steps I took to install CUP WAW only
A) all maps in correct folder, checked.the number is correct,57 +16 = 73
B) I started the sim and the splash screen appears.   
c) I installed 1-9 of WAW.
d) first exclude. Continue with 10
e) reinstall twice MME 12-13A-13B-13C
f) continue installation 11
g)second exclude continue 12-13
h)third exclude 14 contnue 15a-15b
h)fourth exclude continue 15c-16a-16b-16c-17
m)fifth exclude continue 18 - 18b
n) six’th exclude close with 19 . 70 files in WAW folder.
I never used or activated jsgme till I started the WAW sim,
i still get the Ultrapack splash screen and the New Britain maddox maps are missing below Midway.
can someone help please

yes they are in 413 . In this image from the manual it says they are in CUP below Midway.





i will post an imahge again of my splash screen where WAW logo is still missing.

you can see the ultrapack logo and the WAW logo missing at the bottom,does that mean the install is not correct ?

i downloaded and installed the splash screens , they work great , thanks for llink.Do you have the New Britain maps in your CUP ?

No I don't ; I guess they could come with the next update of MME module (or maybe they are already, and just feel not ready for our eyes  ;) ). Anyway, the list from the manual could come from a modder actually testing them in some experimental add-on - there is a thread with this subject discussed.
